Sunstone Metal Products Company locates in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, was established in 2008, during the past more than 15 years, Sunstone has been continuously developing sheet metal manufacturing technology to improve the quality. Sunstone is committed to providing research, development, and production for customers with high-quality outdoor BBQs, outdoor kitchen accessories, heaters, entertainment equipment cabinets and LED displays, etc. At the same time, in order to meet different requirements from customers, Sunstone can also provide custom services of various metal products according to customers′ needs, samples or drawings.

The company has been supplying for several large international enterprises for many years and has produced more than 1000 kinds of outdoor grills and LED signs products so far. The products are exported to North America, Europe, Australia, Asia and other countries and regions. With its high-quality products, competitive prices and timely delivery, Sunstone obtains trust and praise from customers.

Company has obtained a number of international certifications, including ISO 9001: 2015 International Quality System certification, ETL, CE, FCC and other international certifications. Meanwhile, the company is equipped with an Intertek authorized laboratory to expedite the product certification period, which also gives customers more confidence in products′ safety.

In 2021, the Anhui Sunstone plant which covering 72, 000sqm starts to make production, research and development. Now, Sunstone has around 300 workers, including 30 R&D engineers.

To improve the production efficiency, product quality and shorten lead time, Sunstone has invested the state-of-the-art equipment, creating a leading professional production line, covering cutting, processing, inspection, assembling and other production process. Such as 4 large high-powered laser cut machines, 1 laser tube cutting machine, TRUMPF complete laser operation equipment imported from Germany, TRUMPF CNC punching machines, TRUMPF CNC bending machines, CNC lathes, laser welding equipment, Robotic welding equipment, and the environmental protection spraying line, etc.

At the same time, Sunstone creates a 5000sqm dust-free anti-static workshop, to meet high standards production requirements and better production conditions.

After more than ten years development, SUNSTONE products obtain a good reputation in many countries, and SUNSTONE brand has been registered in China, Canada, Australia, Portugal, Israel and other countries. Sunstone is focusing on sheet metal manufacturing, adhering to the "Customer First, Quality First" purpose, the company keeps product quality as the life of the enterprise, constantly improves itself, making China "quality" products enter the global market.
